Board Relations

We meet with the Board of Directors to review financial reports and discuss upcoming goals and activities.

Declaration and Bylaws

Review, interpret, and modify governing documents in accordance with objectives.

Enforcement of Rules and Policies

Interpret and enforce rules. Develop or amend rules and procedures as necessary.


Prepare and distribute correspondence and notices. Develop and maintain effective complaint procedures. Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

Committee Relations

Provide direction and support for volunteer committees as needed.

Annual Meetings

Coordinate notices, proxies, agenda and voting processes for annual meetings based on your association’s bylaws.


Negotiate and maintain the appropriate property and liability coverage and assist in processing claims.

Record Maintenance

Maintain all current and archived records, including unit owner information, contracts, insurance information, and accounting records.
